Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing and shipping of ready-to-wear hats.
Once a tracking number has been generated we will immediately email you.
The United Postal Service is our preferred shipper.
We do ship international.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom Hats - We stand behind the craftsmanship of each custom hat that we create for our customers, should your hat not meet your we will work with you until the item fits your desired expectation. If it does not we will gladly issue you a credit for 20% less than the purchase which partially covers the time and work we put into making the hat.
Ready to Wear Hats - We accept returns within 7 days after purchase date for ready to wear hats. The hat must be not have any signs of wear(no sweat, no make up, no dog bites) or signs of wear
Clothing - May be exchanged within 7 days for a clothing item of the same value or more.
Accessories - No refunds or exchanges on accessories.
