Nathan Mason Hats are made to order. Therefore, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on custom hats.

We accept returns within 7 days after purchase date for ready to wear hats. The hat must be not have any signs of wear(no sweat, no make up, no dog bites) or signs of wear.
